PLAN YOUR TRAINING

There are fixed times for CrossFit classes. Depending on your daily routine, you can choose from several times every day. If you can't make it to the start of the class on time, you can spontaneously join the next class or do the workout on your own. If you want to follow your own training plan or can't stick to the training times, you are welcome to do it on your own in the Open Gym area.

THE PROGRAMMING

We offer you a varied, well thought out workout that is effective and fun. From the CrossFit competition programme to the daily Hustle WOD, we have exactly what you need.

The programming is divided into a

  • Warm up, we prepare you for the workout.
  • Main part, we work on your skills, your strength and get you fit!
  • Cool down, here we give your body time to recover and relax from the workout.
