WHAT IS CROSSFIT KIDS?

CrossFit Kids, is a training concept specially developed for children, with which kids get a perfect balance to their everyday life. It includes the ten general physical skills that are trained in CrossFit.

Furthermore, of course, fun, and the playful learning of these skills in the foreground. 

 

FOR WHOM IS THE TRAINING?

CrossFit Kids is in principle suitable for any child from 3 years. 

 

At CrossFit 91522 we have divided it into two groups, kids 3-5 years old and kids 6 years old and up.

 

If you are unsure, just book a tryout training with us.
